The mission of the Desmond Doss Memorial Race Series is to “Honor the Memory of Desmond Doss and All Who Served” while building community nationwide through active lifestyle events.

With the support of the Desmond Doss Foundation, the Desmond Doss Memorial Half Marathon has become a stand alone series that will have a global reach with the right partners.

In 2018, the new Doss series had events scheduled in Lynchburg, VA (Oct 14) (the hometown of Desmond Doss) and Chattanooga TN (Oct 21) where Doss lived, is buried and is home to the Charles Coolidge Medal of Honor Heritage Center.
